Dress Code
Pole: require direct skin contact to grip the pole. Do not apply lotion, oils or perfumes before classes as this will damage the poles and make it difficult for you to keep friction. Shorts and a tank top or workout bra-top are suggested but wear what you feel comfortable in. You may wear Pole shoes, Heels, socks or be bare footed. No street shoes please. If you are just starting out, heels are not recommended until you feel comfortable with the pole and basic movements.
