"Atomic Allure is more than a dance studio to me....it is a home...it's a lifestyle...it's a sisterhood, it is a community. We welcome everyone with open arms and are here to encourage and help women feel more comfortable in their own bodies. We are women focused but welcome all folks into our safe space. I strive to promote a healthy lifestyle for the mind, body and spirit. I'm passionate in everything I do and love being able to share my passion and love for dance and fitness with the community. Our past may not always be the brightest, but it can be the fuel to our futures. I stand firm in holding space for folks at whatever stage they are in their journey and showing compassion, empathy, respect and love. I've been blessed to cross paths with many different people from different walks of life and know it has brought me where I am today. I stand proud, I stand strong, I am ATOMIC!"
