"Atomic Allure is more than a dance studio to me....it is a home...it's a lifestyle...its a sisterhood. We welcome everyone with open arms and are here to encourage and help women feel more comfortable in their own bodies.The media today bombards us with false images of beauty and makes us forget that true beauty is skin deep ..... our body is just a vessel. I strive to promote healthy lifestyles for the mind, body and spirit.  I'm passionate in everything I do and love being able to share my passion and love for dance and fitness with the community. Our past may not always be the brightest but it can be the fuel to our futures. I've been blessed to cross paths with many different people from different walks of life and know it has brought me where I am today. I stand proud, I stand strong, I am ATOMIC!"
