1. Look at the classes online through our online scheduler or below and fill out the first class you wish to attend. We will create an account for you and add the remaining class credits to your account. No Shows or cancellations under 4 hrs result in lost of class.
2. Arrive 10-15 mins prior to the start of your first class to register. Bring in your voucher to your first class either printed or available to be viewed on your smart phone 3. Prior to classes do not apply lotions or oils this will cause a hazard as you will not be able to hold on to the metal without slipping. 4. Basic Attire is Gym/ Yoga Shorts and Tank or T-Shirts. More exposed skin allows more grip and friction for the pole. 5.Have Fun! |

Aerial YogaJoin us for this intro level class. In this class, you will learn a combination of traditional yoga poses, pilates and dance with the use of a hammock, aerial yoga defies gravity and allows you to perform various yoga poses that may be difficult to do on the ground, but easier in mid-air. It’s fun and acrobatic, so for those of you who dreamed of being a trapeze artist as a kid, this can give you a taste of what it is like.
